Dr. Eshghi is Professor of Marketing and Director of International Summer Institute at Bentley University in Boston, Massachusetts. He earned his Ph.D. from University of Illinois.
As a frequent visiting professor to Morocco, Dr. Eshghi understands the Moroccan market and brings his global perspective to our local marketplace. His recent research on consumer responses to online shopping makes him an entertaining and relevant professor to marketing professionals.
Dr. Eshghi’s is known worldwide for his research on customer relationship management, especially in the 21st century with the game-changing social media and internet impacts. He has published several books, most notably: Legends in Marketing, Internet Marketing, and Global Marketing Perspectives.
Prior to joining Bentley University, Dr. Eshghi was at Illinois State University and has been a visiting professor at Moscow State University. Dr. Eshghi’s articles have appeared in the Journal of Brand Management, Journal of Services Research, Journal of Institutional Research, Journal of Data Science, International Journal of Knowledge and Learning, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Marketing Management Journal, Journal of Business Strategies, The American Statistician, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Eastern European Economics, International Marketing Review, and Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice.
