Dr. Crowley began her career as a consultant with global companies such as Accenture and Towers-Perrin. She led large-scale change projects requiring diverse work teams to bond together against all odds. Most recently, Dr. Crowley was head of Organizational Change at CapitalOne, one of the leading US financial services institutions based in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Crowley earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia by discovering performance management systems that enable high performing work teams in Japan and the US to break down cross-cultural barriers. Dr. Crowley was trained in expert, innovative facilitation methods that enable her to quickly garner buy-in from diverse audiences around single objectives. She is an expert in abilities mapping.
